  17. I do not know which bbs or ftp sites have it, but it is passed around under the following filename: Grafwk61.zip. That means you also need pkunzip to unpack the files. 
  18. The document runs almost 70 pages but the screen is simple. Hit return to view any graphics file. Function keys crop, dither, print (dot matrix, laserjet, eps postscript support), and convert to/from a whole mess of things, including WPG, mac paint, GIF, PIC, PCX, TARGA, TIFF, and so on. 
  19. They would like $40 to register your shareware and the history of upgrades looks extensive to a non-expert like me.
